CrisisHub (https://crisishub.co/) is a web-based strategic support , that guides and supports national planners in their pandemic processes. In specific, CrisisHub assists end users in the following processes:
-
planning prior to a crisis;
-
Information management during a crisis;
-
Strategic decision-making during a crisis;
-
(Re-)Allocation of resources during a crisis.
CrisisHub’s purpose is to assist strategic crisis managers and their support team (I.e. regional or national health authorities) in translating operational data (such as number of vaccinations or scarcity of resources) into a strategically relevant situation report and a strategic decision-making agenda (including advice) that supports the strategic level (i.e. regional or national health authorities) in their decision-making efforts.
The CMT component will support the national planners in planning, information management and strategic decision-making. The CRMT component will aid the national planners in gaining an oversight of available and scarce resources amongst health establishments. Hereby, it will guide the users in the (re-)allocation of available resources.
