CrisisHub es una herramienta de gestión de crisis basada en web diseñada para ayudar a los (equipos de) asesores estratégicos antes y durante una situación de crisis.

CrisisHub (https://crisishub.co/) ayuda a los equipos de apoyo a nivel estratégico a llevar a cabo sus tareas estratégicas de como la comprensión de la situación, la toma de decisiones y la coordinación. CrisisHub se ha diseñado para facilitar las siguientes tareas:

  • Alerta a los equipos estratégicos mediante el uso de mensajes SMS o el correo electrónico.
  • Intercambio de información: CrisisHub permite al usuario crear categorías de información, que ayudan a los equipos a organizar la información de manera rápida y eficaz. CrisisHub genera informes de la situación automáticos, basándose en las categorías de información creadas por el usuario.
  • Apoyo para la toma de decisiones: CrisisHub ofrece orientación para el nivel estratégico a través de la extracción de las tareas críticas de un plan. Esto permite que el nivel estratégico se concentre en sus tareas al margen de los aspectos operativos.
  • Panel de aplicación: CrisisHub permite a los equipos de apoyo efectuar un seguimiento de los progresos realizados con respecto a la aplicación de las decisiones clave.
  • Asistente de planificación: CrisisHub ofrece un sistema basado en menús para crear planes inteligentes y listas de control para el nivel estratégico.
