CrisisHub è uno strumento di gestione delle crisi basato sul web progettato per fornire assistenza a (team di) consulenti strategici prima e durante una crisi

CrisisHub (https://crisishub.co/) aiuta le squadre di supporto a livello strategico nel portare a compimento attività strategiche per la crisi in atto: sense-making, decision-making e coordinamento. CrisisHub è progettato per facilitare le attività seguenti:

  • allertamento delle squadre strategiche mediante SMS e/o e-mail.
  • Condivisione delle informazioni: CrisisHub permette all'utente di creare categorie di informazioni per aiutare le squadre a organizzarle in modo rapido ed efficace. CrisisHub produce automaticamente report situazionali, basati sulle categorie di informazioni create dall'utente.
  • Supporto decisionale: CrisisHub offre una guida per il livello strategico estrapolando le attività critiche da un piano. Il livello strategico può così rimanere concentrato sulle sue attività, senza scivolare in un'impostazione mentale di tipo operativo.
  • Dashboard per implementazione: CrisisHub permette alle squadre di supporto di tenere traccia dell'avanzamento raggiunto nell'implementazione delle decisioni chiave.
  • Procedura guidata per la pianificazione: CrisisHub dispone di menu per la creazione di piani e check list smart per il livello strategico.
