Motivation

The personal needs of exercise participants must be taken into consideration when planning the conduction of an exercise. But also the evaluators’ personal needs must not be overlooked.

Potential Solutions
Following solutions could be addressing this gap.

The participation of evaluators should be considered in the logistic preparation of an exercise, e.g. catering, sanitary requirement, place to sleep.
