Motivation
The evaluator has to gather a lot of information, later analyse it and produce (first impression) reports, which is a difficult task that could be made easier by using modern tools such as applications on a phone or a tablet.
Potential Solutions
There is a for an easy-to-use , that the evaluators can bring with themselves even in a difficult such as a confined space at an urban search and rescue . The tools should help the evaluator to gather the information in an organised manner, and be of good use, when later the information needs to be analysed. It should work offline too.
