Motivation
For proper on has to understand what is going on and be able to follow the process (and changes of the processes) -> e.g. critical points in pathways (why is this and this – not – happening > because something was being brought into perspective)
Potential Solutions
- There are different communication channels: e.g. Signal, Telegram, etc
- There is communication between evaluators, between team-evaluators, between teams, within teams, etc. > each communication stream should be followed
- Temporal logic (afterwards or real-time): depends on what it is (e.g. if you the information to understand what is happening right now --> real-time access; otherwise afterwards)

A need to explain/ask; sometimes it happens that *hidden* streams (e.g. using mobile channels) that can't be observed are used > therefore, it is important to build trust/an open climate, than more information can be obtained
Transparency is important. Pre-installed tools make it easier (no need to re-invent the wheel)
