Motivation

When conducting an exercise, evaluators play an important role in examining the workflow of the exercise. For them having information about the general setup of the exercise is necessary.

For evaluators an overview on content, time and locations of the exercise as well as distance to travel between different sides is imperative.
Remark: means to travel between areas of sides also relevant. One approach on how to hand over this body of information to the evaluators is at the beginning of the exercise during the briefing process.
