It will attach automatically an author of the observation, a timestamp, location. An observer will be able to illustrate the observation by taking picture, recording video or audio. All the data will be stored in the central database. A registered Analyst will be able to access the gathered observations in the tabular form, orchestrate them on the timeline and/or a situation map group them and develop lessons learned out of them. An analyst will be also able to formulate recommendations as the final stage of the process.
