As a member and regional manager of the THW (Federal Agency for Technical Relief) I have been working in the field of crisis management since over two decades. 

Our product GroupAlarm was initially a direct response to actual alerting requirements concerning the TWHs work.  Today we alert many thousands of people in their professional or voluntary line of work, providing an important foundation for rapid and reliable crisis communication / crisis management for blue light organizations, as well as and many industries and service providers.
