This online toolkit offers the basis for developing exercise evaluation forms in the context of disaster management and emergency preparedness. The user can choose between creating a new and customized exercise evaluation form and selecting one of three pre-developed forms regarding hospital evacuation, hazardous materials and hospital surge.
